X-treme PK68: A rugged feature phone that doubles as a power bank
Sigma mobile X-treme PK68 is a robust and powerful feature phone crafted from premium materials to provide a pleasant and safe user experience. Its frame is protected against water, dust, and dirt according to the IP68 standard, while the metal side inserts serve both as a stylish accent and provide additional protection against drops. Combined with an incredibly powerful battery, a modern USB Type-C charging port, and a loudspeaker, X-treme PK68 is a unique feature phone ready for any life situation.
Today, USB Type-C ports can be found on almost every device, but they are rare for feature phones, despite their convenience. A USB Type-C cable can be inserted into the connector either way, so you can quickly and easily connect your phone to a charger, even if you have poor eyesight or it’s dark.
X-treme PK68 is equipped with a 2.8” color display with a resolution of 240×320 pixels per inch. Thanks to the size and ratio of the display and keys, you can not only read messages but also e-books on the phone. The phone’s frame was produced using dual-plastic molding technology, which strengthens X-treme PK68 in case of falls and scratches, while the lanyard loop allows you to always keep your phone with you. According to the company’s standard, the keyboard is labeled with symbols for Ukrainian, English, and Russian input.
Thanks to support for two SIM cards in miniSIM and nanoSIM formats, the phone operates in GSM mobile networks. To expand the user memory, you can use a microSD card slot with a capacity of up to 32 GB. X-treme PK68’s phonebook allows you to store 500 contacts in the device’s built-in memory and another 500 on a memory card. For each contact stored in the phone’s memory, you can set up to 5 numbers and a name of up to 20 characters. You can create up to 40 different groups for contacts, and they can also be imported and exported.
The Organizer menu section will help you spend your time with use and convenience, as it includes an alarm clock, calculator, calendar, and an e-book reader. The Multimedia section contains audio and video players, a camera, gallery, voice recorder, and FM radio, which can be listened to without headphones thanks to the built-in antenna.
A 5000 mAh battery will allow you to use X-treme PK68 for up to three weeks. You can comfortably call subscribers of different operators, listen to music, and read e-books without worrying about the device losing charge too quickly. In addition, the phone has a Powerbank function, which allows you to charge other devices from X-treme PK68. To charge other phones, you can connect the cable to the USB-A connector.
X-treme PK68 has an SOS emergency call function, which can be activated by pressing and holding the button on the back of the frame. The function provides for calls and sending SMS messages (if configured) to 5 emergency numbers that you can choose yourself. We made sure that the SOS button works with the screen locked, and you can also turn off the siren and SMS sending in the settings if desired. To cancel the alarm, simply press the button again.
Other useful features include speed dialing for 8 different numbers on buttons 2 to 9, which ensures that you can quickly contact your loved ones or emergency services. Call recording allows you to record important conversations, and you can also choose a ringtone from files and hear your favorite music during incoming calls. In addition, X-treme PK68 is incredibly convenient to use on dark winter evenings and during blackouts, as it has keyboard backlighting and a bright flashlight that can be turned on by pressing and holding the center key.
We have not forgotten about your personal data and have equipped X-treme PK68 with various security features. Automatic keyboard locking and password setup will allow you to always feel safe. You can also set a PIN code for your SIM card. And the Blacklist and Whitelist will help protect you from fraudsters, as these functions allow calls only from the contacts you have chosen and block unknown numbers — a unique feature that is not available on all smartphones.

Sigma mobile company guarantees a high quality and faultless functioning of their devices upon conditions of careful usage and considerations of exploitation rules.
After the expiration of device’s service term, we advise you to contact the Authorized Service Center for preventive maintenance and receiving recommendations for the further exploitation of device. In order to prevent possible misunderstandings, it is preferable to keep the documents that are attached to the device upon its sale (sale receipt or cashier’s receipt, instruction of exploitation, warranty card) during the service term. A warranty card establishes warranty liable for device to the extent, provided by the Law of Ukraine On protection of consumer’s rights.
Warranty conditions
- A warranty provides free repair or replacement of the device during the warranty term. Warranty service is only provided in the presence of a valid warranty card and fiscal check.
- The renewal of software is a technical maintenance of the product and is not considered as repair and thereforeis not a valid reason for a replacement or a refund;
- The Periodic service of device (replacement of batteries, cleaning, etc.) is carried out by request for an additional fee.
- The warranty term for main devices and accessories is set by Sigma mobile with reference to from the date of device’s sale (look at Table 1).
- Service term is established by Sigma mobile company 2 or 3 years (look at Table 1).
- Warranty service is provided exclusively at Authorized Service Centers in Ukraine. The sheet of service centers may be changed

The manufacturer shall not bear warranty obligation regarding the device in the following cases:
- Violations of rules and conditions of exploitation, adjustment, installation of device, described in the User’s Manual and other documentation, which is transported to the consumer in the complete set with the device;
- If mechanical damages have occured after the transfer of the device to the consumer;
- The ingression of inappropriate items, liquids, insects, etc. inside the device during usage;
- Device’s operation in conditions of excessively high or low temperature, surrounded by high humidity, high dust content;
- Making schematic-technical, design or software changes, not approved by the manufacturer;
- Repair or modification of device, performed by unauthorized persons;
- If the damage is caused by the use of non-standard and/or non-qualified expandable materials, charging devices, spare parts, batteries, electronic media, software products that were not supplied or recommended by the manufacturer;
- If the damage (defects) is caused by the action of computer viruses or similar programs;
- If the damage (defects) is caused by non-compliance with standards or technical regulations of the power, cable, telecommunication networks, radio signal power, including features of the relief and other similar external factors, usage of the device on the edge or outside of a network action zone, connection to inappropriate or defective external devices;
- If the defect occurred due to natural wearing down during the exploitation of the device. In this case, natural wearing down is understood as the consequences of product’s operation, which caused the deterioration of technical status and appearance due to long-term using of this device;
- If the damage of LCD pixels of screens does not exceed 0.0005 percent of the total quantity of pixels on the screen (according to the ISO 9241-303)
- The occurrence of force majeure (natural phenomena, fire, lightning, etc.).
The manufacturer shall not carry warranty obligation:
Under no circumstances are the manufacturer or its authorized organizations for unusual, incidental, direct or indirect damage (or losses), including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss or inability to use information or data, expenses of recovering information or data, damages caused by interruptions in commercial, manufacturing or other activity, arising in connection with the usage or inability to use a device.
