X-treme PQ29 is a modern, powerful and rugged smartphone that works on quad-core processor MTK 6739 with 1,3 Ghz clock frequency in cooperation with the graphics video accelerator IMG PowerVR GE8100.
Thanks to it, the smartphone demonstrates powerful efficiency and functionality, especially in work characteristics of photo and video camera.
There are 2 GB of internal and 16 GB of user memory, which can be increased by microSD memory card for comfortable work with programs, for downloading necessary applications and for storing files and photos.
The durability of the smartphone is provided by a powerful battery of 5000 mAh, allowing you to use the smartphone without recharging for even a few days. Such capacity as well as allows to use battery as a Powerbank and charge other devices from X-treme PQ29.
Maximally protected
In order to protect the smartphone against accidental falls and shocks, we used a very sturdy body during manufacture, which was applied a double casting made of plastic and rubber.
An inside body is a damping titanium plate, on which establishes all internal components, which though adds weight, but first of all additionally protects the smartphone against falls and shocks The construction of body allows the smartphone to feel free in the water and in extremely polluted surrounding, because it is made according to the IP69 standard -maximum protection against ingress of water, dust and dirt particles inside the device. In addition, the smartphone is able to withstand high-temperature washing under high pressure. X-treme PQ29 can operate almost in any temperature conditions as in extreme heat or in frost – from 20 below zero to 55 above zero.
Contactless payments are easy and enjoyable
A modern and useful function NFC with support Google Pay that is programmed into the X-treme PQ29 allows you to freely interact with a variety of mobile: pay for your purchases in stores without using payment card, make instant mobile payments, contactless pay for travel by public transport, transfer and exchange photo and video files with other devices that as well as have established NFC function. If you try to use this function once, you will not be able to refuse from it already!
Security and protection of personal date
For protection of personal information and block access to phone by third parties, X-treme PQ29 allows you to use three options of unblock of the smartphone: under a password, under a graphic picture, and a PIN-code. Setting up these functions will protect the privacy of your stored data and prevent unauthorized access to personal information.
Bright modern display
X-treme PQ29 is equipped with a five inch IPS screen, HD form with 1280×720 pixels separate ability. These options provide clear images and bright deep realistic colors to enjoy movies, photos and downloaded game applications. The screen is covered with Asahi Glass Dragontrail in order to protect it from scratches and minor accidental shocks.
Noteworthy design
X-treme PQ29 stands out from the other smartphones with a bit of a brutal but simultaneously gentle geometry form. Entirely cast made of plastic and rubber laconic body with protruding build up on corners, enhances the protection of the smartphone in the event of accidental falls or immersion in water or being in dirty conditions. The absence of screws on the body makes X-treme PQ29 similar to usual smartphone, wearing a protective case.
Ergonomics
On the right side face is situated a power key and a volume regulation key. On the left side face is a SIM slot under the cover plug and a quick key.
On the lower face under rubber cover plug is a micro-USB connector for connection with the charger device, and the top face under rubber plug hides a standard audio connector.
Camera
The main camera is 8 MP with flash, autofocus and an image stabilizer makes quality photos with a high sensitivity and low level of noise. For selfie photos and video conference designed 2 MP camera with auto and manual focus that keep the contrasting and brightness of photos and video – clear and realistic.
Software and internet
X-treme PQ29 operates under the management of pure operating system Android 8.1 Oreo. Pure Android and Google Mobile Services certification allow users to be sure that this system and smartphone have been prepared by us in accordance with Google’s recommendations.
Two nanoSIM card slots support work in mobile networks such as 3G and 4G LTE. One of these slots can use to increase user memory thanks to microSD cards up to 128 GB. A built-in Wi-Fi module operates at 2.4GHz IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n standards, and WiFi Hotspot function lets distribute internet to other users.
Navigation and sensors
A build-in GPS module is available to determine your exact location and use various navigation programs that allow to use GPS and GLONASS satellite positioning systems. To travel without restrictions – X-treme PQ29 will always show an exact way to your destination.
For more productive work and enjoyable entertainment, adjust and use light sensors, approximation, rotation, orientation, geomagnetic, accelerometer and magnetometer, compass (installed with PlayMarket).
Smart assistant
For more convenient use of the X-treme PQ29, you can set up some special and useful functions of Smart assistant in Advanced features: Pocket Mode, Gloves Mode, Night Light Mode, Smart Wake (gestures on screen off), Smart Wakeup, Side Key Customization to quick start selected application, and others.

Sigma mobile company guarantees a high quality and faultless functioning of their devices upon conditions of careful usage and considerations of exploitation rules.
After the expiration of device’s service term, we advise you to contact the Authorized Service Center for preventive maintenance and receiving recommendations for the further exploitation of device. In order to prevent possible misunderstandings, it is preferable to keep the documents that are attached to the device upon its sale (sale receipt or cashier’s receipt, instruction of exploitation, warranty card) during the service term. A warranty card establishes warranty liable for device to the extent, provided by the Law of Ukraine On protection of consumer’s rights.
Warranty conditions
- A warranty provides free repair or replacement of the device during the warranty term. Warranty service is only provided in the presence of a valid warranty card and fiscal check.
- The renewal of software is a technical maintenance of the product and is not considered as repair and thereforeis not a valid reason for a replacement or a refund;
- The Periodic service of device (replacement of batteries, cleaning, etc.) is carried out by request for an additional fee.
- The warranty term for main devices and accessories is set by Sigma mobile with reference to from the date of device’s sale (look at Table 1).
- Service term is established by Sigma mobile company 2 or 3 years (look at Table 1).
- Warranty service is provided exclusively at Authorized Service Centers in Ukraine. The sheet of service centers may be changed

The manufacturer shall not bear warranty obligation regarding the device in the following cases:
- Violations of rules and conditions of exploitation, adjustment, installation of device, described in the User’s Manual and other documentation, which is transported to the consumer in the complete set with the device;
- If mechanical damages have occured after the transfer of the device to the consumer;
- The ingression of inappropriate items, liquids, insects, etc. inside the device during usage;
- Device’s operation in conditions of excessively high or low temperature, surrounded by high humidity, high dust content;
- Making schematic-technical, design or software changes, not approved by the manufacturer;
- Repair or modification of device, performed by unauthorized persons;
- If the damage is caused by the use of non-standard and/or non-qualified expandable materials, charging devices, spare parts, batteries, electronic media, software products that were not supplied or recommended by the manufacturer;
- If the damage (defects) is caused by the action of computer viruses or similar programs;
- If the damage (defects) is caused by non-compliance with standards or technical regulations of the power, cable, telecommunication networks, radio signal power, including features of the relief and other similar external factors, usage of the device on the edge or outside of a network action zone, connection to inappropriate or defective external devices;
- If the defect occurred due to natural wearing down during the exploitation of the device. In this case, natural wearing down is understood as the consequences of product’s operation, which caused the deterioration of technical status and appearance due to long-term using of this device;
- If the damage of LCD pixels of screens does not exceed 0.0005 percent of the total quantity of pixels on the screen (according to the ISO 9241-303)
- The occurrence of force majeure (natural phenomena, fire, lightning, etc.).
The manufacturer shall not carry warranty obligation:
Under no circumstances are the manufacturer or its authorized organizations for unusual, incidental, direct or indirect damage (or losses), including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss or inability to use information or data, expenses of recovering information or data, damages caused by interruptions in commercial, manufacturing or other activity, arising in connection with the usage or inability to use a device.
