TAB A1025 X-treme was manufactured to meet the IP68 ingress protection standard, which means that its structure provides maximum protection from water, dust and dirt particles penetration. The device can function in any temperature conditions, withstanding the icy cold of -20°C and the scorching heat of +55°C.
TAB A1025 X-treme is equipped with the most powerful battery in the history of Sigma mobile. Its capacity is 10,000 mAh, which is almost on a par with powerbanks. Design and ergonomics
A sturdy frame serves to protect TAB A1025 X-treme in case of drops and bumps. The frame was produced with the use of the bi-injection molding technique of plastic and rubber, and the damping plate was installed on the inside to keep all the internal components intact. The plate does add a little weight, which might be considered an inconvenience, but first and foremost it prevents dropping damage.
It’s most convenient to use the tablet in a horizontal position. On the left side of TAB A1025 X-treme under the rubber plugs there is a USB Type-C port for charging and a compartment for SIM cards and a microSD card. On the right side you will find the power and volume buttons. The power button can also be configured to turn on the flashlight with a double tap (Settings—System—Gestures). And for you to really immerse yourself in your favorite movie, we have equipped TAB A1025 X-treme with high-quality speakers situated on the lower side.
Performance and functionality
TAB A1025 X-treme demonstrates excellent efficiency that is provided by an 8-core Mediatek MT8768WA processor operating at 2 GHz. The device runs on the modern Android 11 operating system. Pure Android and Google Play Protect certification ensure that this system and tablet have been prepared in accordance with Google’s recommendations.
To ensure comfortable usage of applications, the ability to download all the apps needed and to save photos and other files on the phone, TAB A1025 X-treme has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of ROM. And storage space can be expanded with the help of microSD memory cards with a capacity of up to 256 GB.
Modern display and high-quality cameras
TAB A1025 X-treme is equipped with a 10.1-inch IPS-screen with a resolution of 1280х800 pixels (HD). Thanks to the large display and high-quality image, you will be able to enjoy watching movies and YouTube videos, reading books and even studying, because you can download textbooks and articles on the tablet and read while highlighting useful quotes.
The tablet has two cameras: the main one with the Samsung S5K3P3 matrix, and the front one with the Samsung S5K2P7SX matrix. The resolution of both is 16 MP. They will allow you to take bright photos and videos, have video conferences and virtual family evenings in messengers. Today this is more important than ever for Ukrainians who are separated by borders and ruined cities.
Communications and the Internet
TAB A1025 X-treme has a SIM card slot where you can install two nanoSIM cards of the GSM standard, or one SIM card and one microSD card for storage expansion. It is easy and convenient to call family and friends from the tablet if you do not have your phone at hand, but the speakerphone will automatically turn on during calls.
The device also functions in 3G and 4G LTE mobile networks. The built-in WiFi module operates at 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies of the IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac standard, and the WiFi Hotspot feature allows you to share 4G connection with other devices.
Wired Internet support
A cool feature of TAB A1025 X-treme is wired Internet support. Thanks to the OTG function, you can distribute and receive Internet access via an Ethernet network cable. All you need is to connect an OTG cable and an Ethernet-USB adapter to TAB A1025 X-treme — and you’ll be able to connect to wired Internet easily. This type of connection to the world wide web is much more secure, because no one will be able to track your activities through Wi-Fi, so Ethernet can be especially useful for military personnel and volunteers.
Navigation and OTG
The built-in GPS module, which allows you to use the satellite positioning systems GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BEIDOU and A-GPS, will come in handy for determining your exact location and using various navigation programs.
In addition, TAB A1025 X-treme has an OTG function, which allows you to connect computer mice, keyboards and storage carriers to the tablet, as well as charge other devices from it if you don’t have a powerbank at hand. If necessary, you can turn the tablet into a mini computer and use it for both work and leisure. At a time when every Ukrainian should have an emergency suitcase at home in case of another evacuation, compactness and multifunctionality are of great value. Sigma mobile company guarantees a high quality and faultless functioning of their devices upon conditions of careful usage and considerations of exploitation rules.
After the expiration of device’s service term, we advise you to contact the Authorized Service Center for preventive maintenance and receiving recommendations for the further exploitation of device. In order to prevent possible misunderstandings, it is preferable to keep the documents that are attached to the device upon its sale (sale receipt or cashier’s receipt, instruction of exploitation, warranty card) during the service term. A warranty card establishes warranty liable for device to the extent, provided by the Law of Ukraine On protection of consumer’s rights.
Warranty conditions
- A warranty provides free repair or replacement of the device during the warranty term. Warranty service is only provided in the presence of a valid warranty card and fiscal check.
- The renewal of software is a technical maintenance of the product and is not considered as repair and thereforeis not a valid reason for a replacement or a refund;
- The Periodic service of device (replacement of batteries, cleaning, etc.) is carried out by request for an additional fee.
- The warranty term for main devices and accessories is set by Sigma mobile with reference to from the date of device’s sale (look at Table 1).
- Service term is established by Sigma mobile company 2 or 3 years (look at Table 1).
- Warranty service is provided exclusively at Authorized Service Centers in Ukraine. The sheet of service centers may be changed

The manufacturer shall not bear warranty obligation regarding the device in the following cases:
- Violations of rules and conditions of exploitation, adjustment, installation of device, described in the User’s Manual and other documentation, which is transported to the consumer in the complete set with the device;
- If mechanical damages have occured after the transfer of the device to the consumer;
- The ingression of inappropriate items, liquids, insects, etc. inside the device during usage;
- Device’s operation in conditions of excessively high or low temperature, surrounded by high humidity, high dust content;
- Making schematic-technical, design or software changes, not approved by the manufacturer;
- Repair or modification of device, performed by unauthorized persons;
- If the damage is caused by the use of non-standard and/or non-qualified expandable materials, charging devices, spare parts, batteries, electronic media, software products that were not supplied or recommended by the manufacturer;
- If the damage (defects) is caused by the action of computer viruses or similar programs;
- If the damage (defects) is caused by non-compliance with standards or technical regulations of the power, cable, telecommunication networks, radio signal power, including features of the relief and other similar external factors, usage of the device on the edge or outside of a network action zone, connection to inappropriate or defective external devices;
- If the defect occurred due to natural wearing down during the exploitation of the device. In this case, natural wearing down is understood as the consequences of product’s operation, which caused the deterioration of technical status and appearance due to long-term using of this device;
- If the damage of LCD pixels of screens does not exceed 0.0005 percent of the total quantity of pixels on the screen (according to the ISO 9241-303)
- The occurrence of force majeure (natural phenomena, fire, lightning, etc.).
The manufacturer shall not carry warranty obligation:
Under no circumstances are the manufacturer or its authorized organizations for unusual, incidental, direct or indirect damage (or losses), including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss or inability to use information or data, expenses of recovering information or data, damages caused by interruptions in commercial, manufacturing or other activity, arising in connection with the usage or inability to use a device.
